REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs or videos for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund as appropriate.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, altered, damaged due to mishandling, or returned without original packaging. Custom or special-order items may also not be eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
